Programmed are seeking a General Labourer to support operations at a major fertiliser storage and distribution facility in Narngulu.

This is a hands-on role in a dusty industrial environment, focused on housekeeping, spill management, and basic equipment upkeep to ensure safe and efficient site operations.

The role will be working Monday - Friday from 6am-2pm and offering an hourly pay rate of $45 per hour (inclusive of casual loading).

Key Duties

  • Cleaning up fertiliser spills promptly and safely
  • Sweeping fertiliser residues from floors, walkways and work areas
  • Using blowers or compressed air to manage dust build-up
  • Maintaining clean work areas to reduce hazards and contamination risks
  • Greasing machinery (belts, bearings, moving components)
  • Wiping down and cleaning equipment
  • Supporting general site upkeep to prevent wear and breakdowns

Requirements

  • No prior experience required
  • Must be comfortable working in a dusty industrial environment
  • Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
